Rental Inspector: The Smartest Way to Flawless Property Inspections
Save up to 50% of your time on rental inspections. Rental Inspector is the ultimate tool for real estate professionals who want to work faster, more accurately, and entirely digitally. Whether it’s a student room, senior housing, or commercial real estate: with our app, every detail is captured in black and white.
Why Choose Rental Inspector?
•
Fast & Precise: Use ready-made checklists to record a property's condition. No paperwork, no double entries.
•
Visual Evidence: Add unlimited photos and document rental damage in detail to prevent disputes later.
•
Complete Records: Easily log meter readings (water, gas, electricity) and register all keys and remotes in one clear report.
•
Sign On-Site: Have the tenant sign digitally on your device. After syncing, all parties receive the full PDF report via email within minutes.
Always Up-to-Date, Anywhere
In addition to move-in and move-out inspections, you can easily create
interim inspections (e.g., after a renovation or boiler replacement). This keeps your data current until the final move-out inspection.
Key Highlights:
•
Offline Mode: No internet in the basement? No problem. Perform the inspection offline and sync via Wi-Fi later.
•
Scalable: Perfect for independent agents and large organizations with multiple users.
•
Seamless Integration: Works perfectly with Rental Manager, your cloud-based back-office for preparing and assigning inspections.
•
100% Secure & EU-Based: Your data never leaves the EU. The app is 100% developed and hosted in Belgium (GDPR compliant).
Stop wasting time on unclear reports.
